Telephone Survey (CATI)
Computer-Assisted Telephone Interview (CATI)
Telephone surveys are particularly suited to highly standardised questioning of specific target groups or customers whose telephone numbers are available as contact data. They are also useful for studies of representative samples of the population, whereby the telephone numbers to be called are ideally generated by means of RDD (random digit dialling). In the context of CATI studies, we work with very experienced partners.
